Fingerless!
Dink has knit fingerless gloves for Hittys Felice and Primrose! How pleased they are to be able to turn the pages of their favorite books and stay warm at the same time.

Visitor!
A Special Friend has arrived at the Hitty Cottage! It's Dink!!
She endured subzero temperatures to get here, so hot chocolate and a warm shawl were first on the agenda:
Hitty Jean thinks Dink would be more comfortable in a flannel. Dink agrees! (And Bécassine will be happy to have her shawl back.) Off they go!
Now everyone is warm and cosy. Time for these sisters to play!

Favorite
Hitty Jean's most favorite Christmas gift of all - a beautiful brass candlestick created by William Robertson. It is a masterpiece in miniature. Perhaps a smidge too elegant for the Hitty Cottage, but the Hittys will take very good care of it. That's a promise! (See that tiny key that moves the candle up and down!? Wow!)
